Sotol Cardenal is a spirit handcrafted from wild Dasylirion plants from the Chihuahua Desert, a land of history and culture that has at its roots generations of experience in the creation of this drink.

Two carefully selected species of sotol provide a unique balance of flavors and aromas.
Dasylirion Wheeleri is known for its earthy notes and smooth touch, while Dasylirion Berlandieri adds a slight complexity and herbal nuances.

    Search and cut Dasylirion wheeleri and berlandierien from wildlife from 6 to 8 years.

    In a conical stone oven we group the pineapples to cook for 4 days.

    Stainless steel barrels where natural yeasts ferment the must.

    The double distillation of a blend of pure, white sotol with a discreet smokiness.
