Red-billed Cardinal

Classic carajillo with a touch of sotol and chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sotol Cardinal
  • 1 oz Liquor 43
  • 0.5 oz Chocolate syrup
  • 1 espresso
  • Dark chocolate / star anise

Preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Serve in a glass with ice
  3. Decorate with chocolate and star anise
