Cardinal Red

A Jamaican classic that pairs perfectly with sotol

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sotol Cardinal
  • 1 oz Hibiscus and Rosemary Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • Guajillo Salt / Salt or Tajín

Preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Serve strained into a short glass rimmed with guajillo salt and fresh ice.
  3. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and hibiscus flower.
