
Cardinal Red
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Sotol Cardinal
- 1 oz Hibiscus and Rosemary Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- Guajillo Salt / Salt or Tajín
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Serve strained into a short glass rimmed with guajillo salt and fresh ice.
- Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and hibiscus flower.

Singing
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Sotol Cardinal
- 1 oz Natural Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Mango Juice
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Pulp/Juice
- 2 mint leaves
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Serve strained into a tall glass or goblet with crushed ice.
- Decorate with a sprig of mint.

Panchito
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sotol Cardinal
- 1 oz Yellow Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.5 oz Controy Liqueur
- Smoked Salt / Salt
Preparation:
- Make a crust of smoked salt in the short glass and add ice.
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Serve strained into a glass with fresh ice.
- Decorate with a slice of dehydrated yellow lemon.
