Mixology with Sotol Cardenal

Cardinal Red

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sotol Cardinal
  • 1 oz Hibiscus and Rosemary Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • Guajillo Salt / Salt or Tajín

Preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Serve strained into a short glass rimmed with guajillo salt and fresh ice.
  3. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and hibiscus flower.

Singing

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sotol Cardinal
  • 1 oz Natural Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Mango Juice
  • 2 oz Passion Fruit Pulp/Juice
  • 2 mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Serve strained into a tall glass or goblet with crushed ice.
  3. Decorate with a sprig of mint.

Panchito

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Sotol Cardinal
  • 1 oz Yellow Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Controy Liqueur
  • Smoked Salt / Salt

Preparation:

  1. Make a crust of smoked salt in the short glass and add ice.
  2. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  3. Serve strained into a glass with fresh ice.
  4. Decorate with a slice of dehydrated yellow lemon.
